After cracked windshield repair was done, I couldn't tell the difference from before and after. Same crack and same size. I paid $170 and got nothing but an excuse that if they applied to much pressure it would crack more. So, basically got nothing for my money. Very disappointed.

Kody arrived as scheduled got right to work and was very professional. He explained the calibration process and why the mobile one wasn't working. When I arrived the following morning to finish the recalibration he got right to work and had me out in no time. He was very courteous!

The appointment was easy to schedule online. Once I got there the technician came out and assessed the work, took my truck into the bay and fixed the chips in my windshield. He ended up finding 2 additional chips that I hadn't spotted and fixed those free of charge. I'm extremely happy with the service and quality of work that I received.

One star is too many for these people. Dude came to fix my windshield took it for a drive and brought it back ran over a five foot pile of snow that I piled up at the edge of my driveway. So he just looks around makes sure I'm not there looking and then he takes off in his vehicle. I have all this on camera It's all recorded My neighbors have it on camera as well and there's even witnesses. But now they got Sedgwick involved and they denied my claim. $4,000 in damages that this idiot did on top of that he was a day late putting in the windshield and now they're denying my claim. Little do they know this boy's facing a felony because I'm going to the police I'm filing charges and I'm going to see to it that he gets everything he deserves. It's going to end up costing a hell of a lot more than $4,000 by the time That little boy gets all these fines. And most likely they won't let me respond to whatever made up fake lies that they reply to this with. I already know somebody from their office is going to come on here typing some things up that try to make them look good. It's all bull. And they're going to try to say contact us we will help you. I've been doing that no help whatsoever.

Had a positive and pleasant experience with Safelite! The entire process was so easy and efficient. Austin, the technician was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything in detail! Highly recommend!!
